Xylocats™ Eclipse NFT Collection

Greetings Traveler, welcome to the Xylocats™ Eclipse NFT Collection. For an overview of the Xylocat™ NFT project please read the About page for a broader overview.

Current Status

As of 6/10/2023 the Eclipse collection is currently in pre-production with the anticipation that it will be ready for release no later than 6/24/2023. There is also a very good chance that the Eclipse collection will launch before that date. To be notified as soon as the collection drops follow Xylocats™ on Twitter. The collection size will be 10,000 NFT images. The mint price will be 0.1 eth. There will not be any pre-minting for the public or any approval lines. The NFTs will be minted on a first-come first-serve basis.

NFT Images

Below are image samples of the Eclipse collection. For a general overview of our view on NFTs as art please read the Artistic Statement. The collection features an advanced race of space cats. For information about the actual Xylocat™ story and their mystical ways please read the backstory. The Eclipse images are representative of what future NFT collections will look like. There will be a thematic or otherwise detailed gear or factor for each cat. The Eclipse images feature cats in space wearing highly detailed, ornate armor, clothing and artifacts. Each image in the collection will be unique. Images are carefully curated for their features however and because they are all unique they may vary in content, design, style, lighting, quality, etc. In general however the image content of the collection is high quality.

Artistic Value

As mentioned above the images are cats in space with advanced gear such as a armor, space suits, clothing, etc. The images in general are highly polished compositions. Each image has been reviewed many times before release and has been selected for its particular content. If an image is found that does not match the same aesthetic as the polished look then this image should be given a higher rarity consideration. This page will be updated with image examples for consideration when the collection launches.
